Rituparna Roy

Rituparna Roy is an independent researcher and writer. She graduated with an MFA in Art History and Visual Studies at the University of Hyderabad. She is passionate about the travelling genre of Japanese art, culture, and films. Her research area focuses on museum studies, looking through artefacts and objects. Recently, she has been working with Japanese porcelains and their exhibition policy. Her interest lies in the semiotic study of visual communication within objects and their social life.
