
Lalitha Sastry
Lalitha Sastry is an educator turned storyteller. She believes that storytellers have the power to present a different perspective on the world because people respond to stories, connect to emotions, and remember more vividly information given in the story form. She loves to tell lesser-known stories from the Mahabharata and the Ramayana which allow different interpretations and perspectives. She has conducted story sessions at government schools and community centres, and has participated in the Chennai International Storytelling festival and Jharkhand storytelling festival. She is an active member of HYSTA, Hyderabad Storytellers Association.
