Harimohan Paruvu played first class cricket for Hyderabad in the mid-80s and was part of the squad that won the Ranji Trophy in 1986-87. He is an engineer, MBA from Osmania University, and has authored five books: The Men Within (2007; made into a Telugu film Golconda High School), If You Love Someone... (2010), 50 Not Out (2015), This Way is Easier Dad (2017), and The Renaissance Man (2019)—a biography of Dr MV Sridhar.
