Sujatha Rao, K
Sujatha Rao, K is a former union secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Of her 36-year-long service as a civil servant, she spent close to 20 years in the health sector. She has represented India on boards of the WHO, Global Fund and UNAIDS. She was a Takemi Fellow for International Health at Harvard School of Public Health, and the first Gro Harlem Brundtland Senior Leadership Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health. She did her post-graduation at Delhi University, and later earned her master’s degree in public administration at the Harvard Kennedy School.
