G Vignesh

Vignesh is an interdisciplinary artist, writer, and curator whose practice engages with memory, ecology, and collective resistance. Trained in art history and painting, his work explores how embodied actions, site-responsive interventions, and performative poetics can create spaces of care in the face of social and ecological crises. He is a founding member of Possible Futures, a collective that brings together visual artists, theatre practitioners, and students to create participatory, politically engaged art in public and contested spaces. His writings reflect his interest in performance studies, critical ecology, and South Asian contemporary art. He has contributed to exhibitions, festivals, and publications that foreground collective memory and cultural activism.
