Alankrita Amaya
Alankrita Amaya is an award-winning children’s book writer and illustrator. Her publications include Little Laali (2013), Chuglubugloo (2019), Muft Ki Kulfi (2020), and Boodabim (2023). She grew up with a steady diet of picture books and found her life's calling in storytelling through illustrations. Apart from weaving stories and illustrating wonder, she is also the co-founder of Hallubol, an initiative that preserves local Dakhni culture through bilingual comics and picture books rooted in the everyday experiences of South Indian Dakhni-speaking communities.
